We will send a confirmation email shortly if received 9AM - 8 PM Pacific time. On weekends and off hours it will never take longer than 12 hours for you to hear from us. |
Reservation Policy
Credit Cards may be used to pay for all products and services offered. We are only able to accept credit card payments through Pay Pals at this time and shipping charges will be added where applicable.
Church House Ceremonies: Reservations for the Small and Intimate ceremonies require a nonrefundable deposit which is applied to the total fee The balance is due prior to the ceremony date. Reservation dates will only be held for 10 days without a deposit. Ceremonies booked with less than 7 days notice require a nonrefundable deposit within 72 hours of booking. Same day ceremonies require cash payment prior to ceremony.
Wedding Packages: All packages require a 50% nonrefundable deposit which is applied towards the total fee.
Officiate Services: Officiate (person performing the ceremony) requires a $65 deposit within 5 days of booking, with the balance paid in full 5 days prior to the ceremony date.
Refunds: We do not give cash refunds. Officiate's services and Church House ceremony credits refunds are given only if the ceremony is canceled within 5 days of booking.. Creditsare good for 1 year and may be used for service or products.
