Church House

Church House is a 1922 craftsman style bungalow, offers very small romantic ceremonies and caters to elopements and short notice ceremonies.

You don't have to give up anything but the expense with ceremonies starting at just $50 for a simple weekday ceremony.

Church House is open daily including holidays by appointment from 10 - 8 PM and we are there to take your calls 9 - 9 daily.

Wedding Trivia

It was once a sign of good luck if it rained on your wedding day.

The assumption is that the rain symbolized a fertile and abundant harvest.

We're not sure if the city dwellers looked at rain on the wedding day in the same way.

Ministers for Your Location Are Back

New Low Fee

We realize how hard the economy has been hit, so for now, we are rolling back our fee for ministers going to your location in the Salem/Keizer and surrounding communities.

Our $250 fee has been reduced to $160 and our $100 rehearsal fee is now $70.

There are no travel fees for locations within a 20 mile travel area of Salem.

*some restrictions may apply to distance and holidays. Fees will go back to normal pricing when the economy is better.

Courthouse Reduces Availability of Judges

Due to budget cutbacks several county courthouses have restricted the availability of judges to perform wedding ceremonies, shortened the time allotted and are allowing just 2 witnesses.
